Position Available:
Teacher, full-time, to teach History & Political Science classes. Duties include establishing & enforcing rules for behavior & procedures for maintaining order among students; instructing through lectures, discussions & demonstrations; establishing clear objectives for lessons, units & projects & communicating those objectives to students; preparing, administering, & grading tests & assignments toevaluate students’ progress; preparing materials & classrooms for activities; adapting teaching methods & instructional materials to meet students' varying needs & interests; maintaining accurate & complete student records as required by laws, district policies, & administrative regulations; assigning & grading homework; observing & evaluating students' performance, behavior, social development, & physical health & enforce all administrative policies & rules governing students. Master's deg in History required or equivalent. Competitive Salary.
