1) Tuesday, May 31, 2005: Last day of school! We are having a field trip for the entire student body to the Dreher Park Zoo and Science Museum. Not only that, but, as a summer gift to our dedicated students, TLHS will pay over half of the admission charges. Students need to contribute $5.00 apiece, and TLHS will cover the rest of the admission price of the zoo and museum as well as provide lunch. School hours will be 8 to 3 as usual, and transportation will be provided. Make sure your student is at school by 8:10 and boards the bus on time!
 
2) Beginning June 6, 2005, we may be able to offer 6 hours of FREE tutoring and enrichment per week to up to 50 TLHS and other Palm Beach County students. Our Broward County partner organization, Minority Development and Empowerment, Inc., has obtained a grant from the State of Florida to provide these Supplemental Educational Services (SES) at our site, and now is the time to avail yourselves of this wonderful opportunity!  Sign up now to get your student's name on the list.
