No Child Left Behind School Public Accountability Report (NCLB SPAR)
The Florida Department of Education has released the 2003-2004 No Child Left Behind School Public Accountability Report (NCLB SPAR).  The report is available for viewing at the school.

August 2005

Dear Parents/ Guardians:

The Florida Department of Education has released the 2003-2004 No Child Left Behind School Public Accountability Report (NCLB SPAR).  The report is available for viewing at the school.  The NCLB SPAR includes information on state goals relating to Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP), student performance, learning environment, school safety and environment, teachers and staff, adult literacy, and parental involvement.  Copies of the NCLB SPAR will be made available upon request.

The School Advisory Council (SAC) designs a yearly plan for school improvement.  Our focus continues to be on student achievement in the area (s) of Reading and Math.  In FY2004, students achieved gains in Reading and Math.

The school has a very dedicated faculty and staff whose goal is to provide the very best education possible for your child(ren).  If you have ideas and suggestions, please attend School Advisory Council meetings and be a part of our team.  We look forward to your input!

Sincerely,

Diane Allerdyce, Ph.D.
Chief Academic Officer, TLHS
