I was completely blown away by the staff at Brake Masters. The customer service that they provided was above and beyond. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, worked with me on a solution, and didn’t make me feel pressured into anything. Both gentlemen at the counter were very helpful. I was in and out of the shop in a short time, and had the rest of my day to do what needed to be done, rather than having to sit there waiting. I will say that the waiting area and women’s bathroom were spotless, there is cold water in the fridge, and a well stocked k-cup machine available as well. I met the most respectful and committed manager at Brake Masters on Alameda close to cottonwood area. He was business, focused on what all was needed, not needed and just so personable. I was very pleased with my experience. They took the time to explain and score me what my car was doing which I appreciated because cars are not my forte. While having to purchase new brakes was not ideal, resurfacing them could have caused the same issue and need for further repair which is what another shop recommended. Now I have new brakes and my car no longer shakes
