Beautiful statement in the kitchen but the wishbone button broke

This faucet was installed about 2 years ago.There are 2 small plastic pins that hold the wishbone -shaped lever onto the faucet head, the lever you push for the fan spray. One of the pins broke. I saw another review with the same issue, and that customer had to replace the head twice. I wish I could buy just the lever and not a $90 faucet head. Also, the soft spray option sprays too widely. It needs a smaller diameter. Every time I try to use it, I get water everywhere. So I don’t use it, but I wish I could for washing vegetables. Also, the handle is now dripping.

Great Faucet

We love this faucet however I'm giving it only 3 stars because the sprayer in the "light shower" mode has a tendency to have random streams of water shooting out in random directions. I have notified Kohler about this and they happily sent me a replacement head. When I first hooked up the new head the light shower mode was working perfect! However, a few hours later a small random stream of water started to shoot out in one direction : ( I guess this will be an ongoing issue. The faucet is on the expensive side to have these problems so soon. Makes me wonder how it will be operating after a few years.

I installed this faucet 3 weeks ago and have been very happy with it. I love the pull-down feature rather than pulling the sprayer out. This is much easier and actually have found it easier to keep the sink clean. The water pressure is great with this faucet as well. Some of the reviewers that purchased this faucet had issues with the pins falling out that retain the sprayer handle. I use the spray function many times in a day and it's functioned correctly every time. It's also very easy to install. Just make sure you have someone to hold it in place while you fasten it under the cabinet!

we absolutely love this faucet! the different sprays are nice and LOVE the berry spray. its soft and doesnt splash everywhere. I love the 360 degree ability of the bracing bar, it goes over my drinking water faucet. it's also nice not having to fight with the spray hose!!!

Beautiful in appearance, and solidly built. My big complain is the "berry-soft" spray is not uniform. There are random streams of spray that go off in wide angles, not down like it should. For a brand new faucet, I was pretty disappointed by that.

Love our new faucet! It looks absolutely beautiful in our new kitchen. The quality and feel of it is truly top notch. We didn't realize it had multiple spray options, so that was a pleasant surprise. We love that it doesn't require the old pull out hose and weight that always gets caught under the sink. We just installed it so we haven't been using it long, but we are excited about the opportunity to use it for years to come!

The best way to describe this faucet is beautiful and very practical! The finish is flawless. The commercial style looks great in our kitchen. The spray head has 3 switchable modes: a normal aerated stream, a conical low pressure high flow stream that’s good for rinsing dishes without splashing, and a flat high pressure stream that is great for removing stuck on food. The flexible hose reaches every corner of the sink, and is supported by a heavy spring. And by not having the sprayer hose under the sink, potential problems with the hose getting caught on plumbing under the sink are avoided. Everything necessary for installation is included, including two stainless steel braid supply lines. Once your old faucet is removed, the only tools necessary for installation are a Phillips screwdriver and appropriate size wrench to tighten the supply lines.

BIG! Heavy duty. Strong magnet. Strong flow. Sprayer is the best I’ve seen.

Having access to a number of faucets from multiple manufactures for review, I’ve had the chance to try a wide variety of styles at various price points. I thought I had seen it all, but when I opened the box and saw this bad boy I thought for sure it would unseat the sitting King. This faucet is big. It’s substantial - there’s nothing flimsy about it. It’s also gorgeous. What really makes this faucet shine is the sprayer. In the end, I decided to revert back to my former faucet for three reasons. First, it’s really easy to engage the lever at full throttle, often resulting in huge splashing. Next, I can’t tilt and direct the sprayer when seated. I’m used to being able to make a pass around the basin without removing the sprayer. With this one, you have to undock the sprayer. There’s no play when docked. Finally, and I’m only mentioning this so you know what motivated me to demote it, the chrome doesn’t match my kitchen. Obviously, your criteria will vary. I did go back to my old faucet and I really miss this sprayer. :(PROS• Super well-built• Handsome• Rubber hose is crazy heavy duty• Spring looks and works great• Excellent flow• The sprayer rocks! Love the strong fan spray and the soft spray.• Magnet is strong and intuitive, making it easy to dock, even when not looking.• Super easy installation.CONS• Splash! Flow is so strong that I routinely splash water everywhere. Have to carefully control flow most of the time.• Can’t tilt head while docked. Kohler is worth it.

I bought a less expensive faucet from a different company. It began to show wear and diminished performance after a year and a half. So I replaced it with a Kohler faucet. It was more expensive, but it is a far better faucet that is made well with the best material and will last and perform well for many years. I knew how good Kohler products were from previous experience and should have known to get a Kohler in the first place. Lesso learned.

beautiful but sprayer problems over and over

Love the faucet BUT, the sprayer handle leaks and I think it needs to be replaced. Water is coming out of the black button. The sprayer does not work correctly the spray dribbles instead of spraying. Other than that buyer beware.

Poor Quality

I purchased this 'high' end product thinking it would be the best I ever owned. It's among the worst. Not long after installation, the spray and regular stream weren't entirely separate: it dripped while using it as a regular faucet. Then, the toggle switch used to move through the spray functions came off rendering the unit useless. I wouldn't under any circ*mstances purchase this product again and want to warn others not to make the mistake I made.

Ordering these two faucets couldn’t have been easier. These were shipped to my home at no additional charge and due to my sore back I used Home Depot to install them as well….The entire process was flawless with pleasant and mature (experienced) installers that worked clean, efficiently, and awareness of their customer(s)….thank-you Home Depot!

It broke within 15 minutes of being installed.

The faucet is beautiful. It looks very well-made. But they use a cheap plastic on the front lever of it, so as soon as you touch it it breaks. The first time I touched it, it snapped. Thanks Kohler… Way to put quality behind your name.

Failed after 1.5 years

Update to my May 2022 review. Yesterday, we changed the drains in our sink. Turned the water off at the faucet. Nothing was done to or at the faucet. When turning the water back on, a small stream came out. We checked everything, then tried again. Then no water at all. Unhooked the water line and strong stream into a bucket. Hooked back up and nothing via the faucet. Replaced it with a Delta because we can't wait for a warranty claim.

I love this faucet

Yes this faucet is much larger than the faucet it replaced in my kitchen but what a great addition. The quality is there. The water pressure is so much stronger than my original faucet, the different spray options are very useful and the magnetic head release is much better than a pull down mechanism in my opinion. It took me some time to adjust to the noticeable size of this faucet but it’s definitely an updated modern look and I love it. I chose the stainless steel finish which matches my hardware and appliances.

Beautiful...but has flaw

I love the faucet except the spring pins come out that hold the water flo lever on. .now I have to try a locate another because its so small its missing before you realize it. Up until now I retrieved it before it went down the sink
