@Ask_Spectrum Hello. Was on hold 45 minutes to upgrade to select package. Guy hung up on me because I told him I had to put phone down to help my mom, who just got out of hospital and I could NOT keep her waiting. She’s been very sick. Cannot do another 45 minute call. Pls. Help.

@GetSpectrum What do I do when I sit on hold 2 different occasions to cancel for over 45 min and just on hold? I have followed everything support has recommended and even increased speed to still have issues. I work from home and have multiple kids that rely on you. I need help
