@comcastcares @Xfinity @comcast Your service is TERRIBLE! I have reached out to customer service a BILLION times for the same damn issues and all your customer service team does is put a bandaid on it that fixes the issue temporarily. We are in the middle of a pandemic

Iโm starting to think @comcastcares gives internet essentials customers lesser service, I have neighbors w/ no issues & I have had nothing but issues for well over a year. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Wireless companies shouldnโt be able to provide more reliable internet.

@comcastcares hilarious name. My internet has been dropping for a few minutes here and there for weeks now, and restarting my modem does nothing. It almost impossible to connect to an agent, and I'm tired of paying for such terrible service. If you care, contact me. I'm over it.

So Xfinity decides to take Cartoon Network off their basic package and put it on a premium package. I find this really disturbing because seeing as how a lot of kids are at home and a lot of parents are working less hours, or not working at all, that channel

I pay too much money a month to @Xfinity for them to offer less than adequate customer service! I spent over 10 minutes trying to get a live rep and never got a live rep!! Then, I was disconnected from the automated system! If I ask for a rep, get a rep on the line!!

@goldfigure @virginmedia As is their service very much what we can get away with. I wonder if they do pricing control tests to see which approach leads to higher returns & customer satisfaction? Doubt it. No one seems interested in the basics these days. Plus they're owned by Comcast who don't GaF.
